It’s All Greek to Me!

It's important to remember that you don't have to be Greek to offer great tasting Greek Food. At the heart of Little Greek are our recipes that have been modified to appeal to American palates, and our training program that provides all the information you'll need to serve up a perfect dining experience. From day one, we offer comprehensive support to help you get up and running quickly, including:

Restaurant Location and Design

Today is one of the best times to be looking for restaurant locations as there are many second-generation spaces available, these are locations that were previously restaurants and have closed. Our team works with you to identify the right location, allowing you to open for a fraction what it would cost to build a new location. The hood, grease trap, impact fees, and other expenses may have already been paid for. In addition, falling lease rates makes this a great time to open a restaurant.

Once your location is selected, our team works with you to create the ideal floor plan to ensure the optimal usage. Our back of the house layout focuses on maximizing the efficiency of the kitchen and storage areas, while our front of the house layout centers on the customer traffic flow and seating. These layouts are then combined with the décor items for Little Greek.

Training and Operations Manual

Whether you are a restaurant veteran or operating a restaurant for the first time, you will appreciate the support that Little Greek provides. Our two-week training program and Little Greek Operations Manual guide you every step of the way in daily procedures for opening and operating your restaurant. Once construction has started on your location, your training will be scheduled at our Corporate Training Store in Tampa, Florida.

Among the key topics covered will be operations procedures, which will take you from open to close on a daily basis, including food preparation, cooking and serving, inventory control, back of the house procedures, front of the house procedures, marketing and point-of-sale usage. Employee management for hiring, training, and evaluating employees will also be covered. In addition, you will learn the two keys to running a successful restaurant and how to control them - food and labor costs.

Marketing Programs

Getting the word out about Little Greek will be one of your primary roles as the franchisee, and we provide the tools needed to get the best results while maximizing your marketing dollars. Our marketing plan is set up to market to businesses and residences within three miles of your location. We provide you with the plan and guidance to help with the implementation, which allows your store to get up and running quickly, from your Grand Opening to increasing consumer business with our on-going marketing program.

Quality Control and Ongoing Support

Great food in a fast and friendly environment is the hallmark for which Little Greek has come to be known. Delivering on these expectations every time is the result of our franchisees commitment to the brand and our commitment to support you in consistently following the Little Greek standards. Our franchise business representatives will visit your location to ensure that these standards are being met, offer suggestions on how to improve your operations, and offer support in any other areas that need assistance. Our corporate staff will meet with you to evaluate your sales and expenses, and analyze areas where we can help you improve. We are in business with you and are dedicated to helping you every step of the way.
